F&I Manager – Automotive
Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven and
experienced F&I Manager.  The F&I Manager is responsible for selling financial products
and services to clients at the dealership.   F&I managers also work with financial
lenders to give fair interest rates to buyers.  Candidate is required to uphold strict legal
and ethical standards while conducting business.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Contracts all new business
 Checks and verifies paperwork involved with cash, finance or loan transactions
 Contracts or collects all money at closing
 Seeks bank approval on all financed and leased deals
 Assists in acquiring approval from lenders
 Understands all current programs and rate options offered by our lenders
 Verifies insurance and completes paperwork
 Solicits extended warranty sales (after-market)
 Handles all cancellations for extended warranties and credit life cancellations
REQUIREMENTS:
 Must have at least 2 YEARS of previous experience as a Finance Manager in the
automotive industry

 Pay range for this position: $125,000 - $300,000

Service Technician – Automotive Gerald Kia Matteson Immediate Openings
Skilled technicians are in high demand. So to keep a good service tech, you have to treat them right. Here, you’ll work alongside some of the best in the business. You’ll also be responsible for diagnosing and repairing client and dealership vehicles while maintaining a positive relationship with clients who return with unsatisfactory work. We run an honest shop and need honest, hard-working techs. Only those who value integrity and ethics need apply.
Job Responsibilities

Examine  and diagnose vehicles
Discuss repairs with shop foreman or service advisor  
Communicate additional service requests to service advisor
Plan work procedures in cooperation with shop foreman
Provide labor time estimates to service advisor
Monitor repair time and update service advisor regularly
Maintain strict adherence to dealership policies on vehicle care and operation
Complete story and/or documentation for client repairs
Assist in mentoring technician trainees
Attend company and factory training
Keep current with factory technical bulletins
Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations (such as disposal of hazardous waste)
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or GED (general equivalency diploma); or 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Job Description

We need more than a Service Advisor; we need an expert in the art and science of customer service—someone who is equally as comfortable greeting customers as they are scheduling appointments and acting as a liaison between our customers and our service techs.
Job Responsibilities

Attitude is everything—greet service department customers promptly and courteously
Listen to each customer and clearly articulate repair needs to techs
Upsell recommended/additional services using low-pressure, high-integrity methods
Provide accurate estimates of repair/maintenance costs
Adherence to dealership policy on customer vehicle care and operation
Follow up on each repair and keep customers informed of progress
Sell and manage extended warranties
Inspect repair quality and ensure that all work is complete
Notify customers when vehicles are ready for pick up
Review and explain repairs and associated costs with customers
Handle minor customer concerns and complaints
Keep Service Manager informed of all problems and potential problems
Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores in accordance with dealership standards
Compensation
Compensation is based on experience and commensurate with Fortune 500 companies.
