The F&I Manager is responsible for selling financial products and services to clients at the dealership. F&I managers will also need to work with financial lenders to give fair interest rates to buyers. Candidate is required to uphold strict legal and ethical standards while conducting business.   
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Contracts all new business
Checks and verifies paperwork involved with cash, finance or loan transactions
Contracts or collects all money at closing
Seeks bank approval on all financed and leased deals
Assists in acquiring approval from lenders
Understands all current programs and rate options offered by our lenders
Verifies insurance and completes paperwork
Solicits extended warranty sales (after-market)
Handles all cancellations for extended warranties and credit life cancellations
Benefits:

Pay range for this position: $90,000 - $200,000 (Exact compensation may vary based on several factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, and education)

Sales Appointment Specialist

Gerald Hyundai, one of the top-selling Hyundai dealerships in the Midwest, is looking to add motivated and driven individuals to our team as Sales Appointment Specialists.
This role focuses on handling incoming internet inquiries and converting them into confirmed showroom appointments. If you are fast, organized, and enjoy working with customers, this is a great opportunity to grow within a high-volume dealership.
Responsibilities:

Respond to all internet inquiries within 5 minutes or less

Contact customers via phone, text, and email

Schedule and confirm showroom appointments

Build value in Gerald Hyundai’s Lifetime Warranty (unlimited time and miles)

Communicate our large inventory selection to customers

Follow up consistently to ensure appointments show

Work closely with the sales team to support customer visits

Track all communication and activity in the CRM

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills (phone, text, and email)

High level of urgency and accountability

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Previous automotive or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation:

Hourly base pay + performance bonuses
