We are seeking a Manager to lead the Customer Service Team (approximately 27 full- and part-time cashiers and receptionists) for our seven dealerships in Naperville and North Aurora to deliver excellent customer service to our patrons. Secondary responsibilities involve oversight of the team’s assistance with certain accounting related responsibilities. This position reports to the CFO and CEO.
Ideal candidates will have prior experience in customer service management, team management, hiring, and excellent communication skills along with scheduling/administration and accounting/detailed process capabilities.
