Service Technician – Automotive

You have a reason you are looking here at this posting. You are either not compensated well or treated like the hard working individual you are. Why stay in your current environment and be miserable?

I am looking for people who come to work everyday and want to serve our guests and fix vehicles right the first time. I will never allow you to call me "boss", I will never allow you to be spoken to in an unprofessional manner. You will be part of our family and we will compensate you very well for your experience and positive attitude. I will say this, if you are a negative person, please do not apply. We have an AWESOME dynamic here and my entire shop cares for one another and strives to be THE BEST SUBARU DEALER IN CHICAGO! If you have that desire and you are tired of not being on a winning team come and see our new dealership. Our shop is not just "saying" we are growing because we treat people like dirt and need to replace them because they quit. I have not lost any technician in over a year for any reason at all. Most have been here for some time now, but I cannot keep up with the work of this brand and how quick it is growing. In five years, when my customer base has more than doubled, you will thank yourself for making the best move of your life... applying for this Subaru Technician in North Aurora!
