Customer Relations Representative Full-Time
As a Gerald Auto Group Customer Relations Representative, you will be the voice and face of our dealership, so we need someone with a very outgoing personality, a winning attitude and a professional appearance. To be a success in this position, you will need to be reliable, professional, client focused, have a strong ability to multi-task, and have great attention to detail.
- Welcome clients and visitors and direct to lounge or refer clients to appropriate team member.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Cashiering, maintenance of cash drawer, reconcile discrepancies.
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, typing, stocking inventory, proof-reading, scanning. filing, photocopying, and sorting, as well as other office tasks.
- Ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of supplies.
- Perform vehicle inventory analysis: pre-stock and stock in vehicles, used car purchases, dealer trades, lease buyouts/purchases, enter repair orders, check recalls, physical inventory, etc.
- Understand and follow receptionist processes and procedures.
- Run Reports as needed.
- Maintain and monitor key tracking system.
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Hours of Work
This is a part-time position. Normal business hours are Monday - Friday 7 am - 9pm and Saturday 7am - 6pm. Designated work hours can be negotiated with Supervisor. Typical shift is 4:00 pm - 9:00pm, with full or half day Saturday shifts available.
Education and/or Experience
Related experience is a plus.
High school diploma or GED.
Compensation is based on experience.
