Gerald Kia in Naperville with a state-of-the-art facility is seeking to expand its business development center.  We are the #1 volume Kia franchise in Illinois over the last 2 years with a reputation for excellent customer service.  The position of Internet sales representative focuses on increasing the sales traffic of the Internet Department by responding to emails, making outbound sales calls such as (not limited to) Internet Lead Responses, Unsold Internet Showroom Traffic and follow-up calls which produce specific appointments. The Internet sales rep will work all of their own leads from beinging stages through completion of the sale.

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Monitor and respond to designated internet leads
  • Make outbound sales calls
  • Set appointments
  • Quote pricing, rates, and inventory availability 
  • Present adn demonstrate inventory
  • Receive credit applications
  • Remain up-to-date on products, market trends, and certifications
  • Understand and implement dealership sales process
  • Maintain Customer service index, Gross Average, and monthly unit standards
  • Track individual performance

Compensation

Salary & Commision based position
