Service Advisor/Team Leader

Our company has an strong opportunity for a Service Advisor.  The Gerald Auto Group is famiy based and wants someone with the same values.....

REQUIREMENTS 

• Must have previous Service Advisor or service lane experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic computer skills
• Hours are Mon, Tues, Thur and Friday 7-6pm & Saturday 8-3:30pm (Sunday & Wednesday Off).
• Ability to dispatch to four technicians and have a dept within a dept.
