BDC/RECEPTIONIST - SERVICE DEPARTMENT 

Are you an internet savvy and looking to turn your skills into a lucrative sales career? As a results driven individual who is comfortable in a high-volume internet driven environment, you will help develop, implement and administer our e-commerce platform. You will also respond to information requests generated through the dealership’s website.

What you bring to the role 

• Experience working in Business Development/Internet Sales in a major plus
• Familiarity with Client Relationship Management (CRM) Software 

What you will be doing

• Monitor and respond to all Internet leads (referral services and website)
• Develop client prospecting file upon lead receipt
• Quote pricing, rates and service availability
• Understand and implement dealership service process 
• Other duties as assigned
