Gerald Collision Center Accounting Administrator

Gerald Auto Group has an immediate opening for a Part-Time Accounting Administrator.  This position will assist with the accounting for two shops, based out of Naperville.  Five years accounting experience required. Body shop accounting and/or CCC experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Posts CCC invoices to the DMS on a daily basis.
• Advise estimators on proper input of jobs to ensure accurate accounting and sales tax reporting.
• Reconcile insurance receivables and follows up with staff for payment issues.
• Reconcile sublet, work in process, and inventory schedules and resolve any balance discrepancies.
• General oversight over body shop accounting and trial balances.
• Assists with clerical and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be able to multitask and be well organized.
• Must have exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities. 
• Must be able to communicate effectively with others, verbal and written.
• Must have the ability to work independently.
• Must possess a high level of accuracy.
• High school diploma required.  Associates degree or higher preferred.
