Gerald Honda of Matteson has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven individual that we can train to be a sucessfull Service Advisor. WE WILL TRAIN our next service advisor to be responsible for sales, productivity, and profitability of our dealership service center. The position works closely with our experienced technicians and our customers. We are looking for a positive and energetic person with excellent communication and customer service skills who will greet customers, listen to their concerns, and provide a solution that meets their needs. We offer some of the best training available.
REQUIREMENTS
Previous Service Advisor is not required
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Basic computer skills
Accredited training in service advisor skills, customer satisfaction and quality control.
Ability to concentrate and accomplish tasks despite interruptions.
Dealertrack experience is a plus but not necessary
X Time experience helpful but not necessary
ASR Pro experience helpful but not necessary

$60,000 TO $80,000 Per year
