Job Description

Gerald Hyundai is hiring a full-time Service Porter to support our fast-paced service department. This position plays an essential role in ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience. We are looking to hire immediately. With 15 dealership locations in our group and a strong history of promoting from within, this is an excellent opportunity to start a long-term automotive career. Responsibilities

• Greet service customers and assist with vehicle intake

• Move vehicles safely to and from the service drive, shop, and parking areas

• Pick up and drop off customers for service appointments, including valet service

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe service drive and customer waiting area

• Wash and prepare vehicles after service when needed

• Ensure pre-owned vehicles in service are tagged and organized for retail preparation

• Keep showroom and service vehicles clean and presentable

• Support advisors, technicians, and managers with general service-lane needs

• Maintain overall lot cleanliness and vehicle organization

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Comfortable moving vehicles in a busy service environment

• Ability to work outdoors and on your feet

• Reliable, punctual, and professional

• Positive attitude and willingness to help customers and staff

• Ability to start immediately is preferred

Benefits

• Pay range for this position: $16.00 - $18.00 (Exact compensation may vary based on several factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, and education)
