Service Advisor

We are a family-owned auto dealer group looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional experiences to clients. As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing customers with a comprehensive range of service recommendations related to their vehicles. You will work closely with our technicians to ensure that customers receive high-quality service that exceeds their expectations.  Hyundai - Ford - Nissan - Kia - Subaru - Genesis - Toyota - Honda

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and promptly identify their needs
• Schedule appointments and communicate with customers about their vehicles' needs and potential repairs
• Provide customers with accurate estimates and timelines for services
• Consult with customers about their vehicle's maintenance history and recommend additional services or repairs as needed
• Ensure that customers are informed throughout the repair process, ensuring that any concerns or questions are addressed promptly
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, services provided, and repair history
• Work closely with our technicians to ensure that repairs are completed efficiently and accurately
• Ensure that customers are satisfied with the services provided and address any issues that may arise
• Provide exceptional customer service and foster long-term relationships with our customers

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as an automotive service advisor
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
• Proficient in DealerTrack & Xtime
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work collaboratively with others and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
