Business Development Specialist – Gerald Subaru of Naperville

What You’ll Do
Monitor and respond quickly to internet sales leads
Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to set qualified appointments
Work with customers throughout their journey, from first contact to final sale
Provide accurate price quotes, rates, and inventory availability
Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned Subaru vehicles with confidence
Guide customers through credit application processes
Stay up-to-date on Subaru products, certifications and market trends
Track performance, maintain CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) and meet monthly goals

Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus (not required)
Compensation & Benefits
Pay range for this position: $50,000 – $85,000 annually (Exact compensation may vary based on several factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, and education)

Paid Maternity Leave
PTO after 90 days of employment
Vacation up to three weeks depending upon years of service

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Must pass pre-employment drug screening
