IMMEDIATE FULL TIME OPENING for a Receptionist/Service Assistant position in North Aurora. This role will have a positive impact on the success and efficiency of daily operations in a dealership service setting.  The ideal candidate will communicate well with all levels in an organization, enjoy problem solving, be comfortable with technology, and possess an outstanding attendance record.  

Essential Functions:

  • Scanning and filing Repair Orders.
  • Setting up We Owes with customers.
  • Answering phones and assisting customers.
  • Billing out customers.
  • Maintain a cash drawer and reconcile discrepencies.
  • Perform clerical duties such as data entry, scanning, filing, and various other office duties.
  • Other duties as assigned by the management team.

Hours:

This is a full-time position. The hours are typically Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday from 10 am - 7 pm(with 1 hour lunch) and Saturday 7am-3pm. 

Education / Experience:

High School Diploma or GED.  Experience is preferred, but not required. We will offer training and support to the right candidate. Good job references are required.

Compensation:

  • Pay range for this position: $16.00-17.00/hr (Exact compensation may vary based on several factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, and education)
