Customer Service Represenative

Job Description

Seeking positive outgoing applicants that have the ability to provide excellent customer service while smiling. Applicants must have prior hospitality experience in a customer facing position. Bartenders, concierge, restaurant servers, and sommeliers are strongly encouraged to apply. Fast paced environment, your ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail is essential. Must be articulate, proficient with computers, tablets, mobile devices, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

• Report to work no later than assigned start time
• Greet customers in a friendly and helpful manner
• Listen to each customer and clearly document their needs and concerns
• Follow up with customers and keep them informed of the status of their vehicle
• Notify customers when vehicles are ready for pick up
• Review and explain repairs performed and associated costs 
• Communicate any problems or concerns with management on a daily basis
• 5 day work week, 10 hour day, closed 12-1 for lunch

Compensation

Weekly base salary, plus commissions, and monthly bonuses.

Paid bi-weekly with a guaranteed minimum salary.
