We are looking for an automotive General Manager to lead our newly renovated beautiful Honda Matteson dealership.  We are looking for a candidate who is a successful leader that is energetic, passionate, highly motivated and ready to guide an outstanding sales team to even greater success. 

Job Responsibilities

• Qualified candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in dealer management
• Candidate needs to be experienced in motivating staff
• Generating high volume/gross,
• Have Excellent CSI
• Passionate about customer retention.
• Determine monthly and yearly forecasts in terms of unit sales, gross profit objectives, and departmental profits.
• Work with each department to achieve specific goals and objectives.
• Create a positive culture for the team and create a “team” atmosphere focusing on employee retention.
• Work with the marketing department to create the best overall strategy that can help the dealership meets it goals.
• Play an active role in the community
• Dealertrack DMS
• Vin Solution CRM

Benefits

• Pay range for this position: $150,000 - $300,000
• Exact compensation may vary based on several factors including, but not limited to, skills,
  experience, and education

• Paid Maternity Leave
• PTO after 90 days of employment
