No previous automotive experience necessary.  Experience working in a customer retail environment is helpful – restaurant, hotel, electronics sales etc.  If you understand and respect the importance of customer satisfaction and retention, then this entry level position is for you

This opening prepares the candidate to become a highly capable service advisor allowing for advancement opportunities in any of our dealerships.

Gerald is a growing family owned group of dealerships in North Aurora, Naperville, Matteson & Countryside, IL.  The Gerald family has been selling automobiles in the Chicago area since the mid-1930's and has been proud to be a part of the communities they serve for decades!

REQUIREMENTS 

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills

BENEFITS

  • Starting pay range $ 20.00 - $21.50 per hour
  • 45 hour work week
  • Exact compensation may vary based on several factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, and education.
