Business Development Representative
Fast-growing Subaru dealership in the Chicagoland area with a brand new state of the art facility opening in the summer of 2016 is seeking to expand its internet department. The position of Business Development Center (BDC) Representative focuses on increasing the sales traffic of the Internet Department by responding to emails, making outbound sales calls such as (not limited to) Internet Lead Responses, Unsold Internet Showroom Traffic and follow up calls which produce specific appointments for the Internet Sales Manager and the sales team. The BDC Representative acts as the communications link between the client and the dealership.
Requirements:
The BDC Representative must be friendly, articulate, enthusiastic, and a self-motivated team player with professional communication skills, a positive attitude, and an outstanding work ethic. Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record. Drug screening required before hire.
