As a Lube Technician, you’ll gain valuable hands-on experience while working alongside experienced automotive professionals. This position is an excellent opportunity to build your skills and create a pathway toward becoming a highly skilled automotive technician.

What You'll Do

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and basic maintenance services

• Inspect vehicles and identify potential maintenance needs

• Follow dealership procedures and manufacturer guidelines

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Learn from experienced technicians and continue developing your automotive skills

• Provide quality work and excellent service to every customer

What We're Looking For

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Willingness to learn and develop new skills

• Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented

• Previous automotive experience is a plus

• Automotive education or technical training is a plus

• Basic automotive knowledge is preferred

• Previous dealership experience is helpful, but not required

• Valid driver's license

Benefits

• Pay range for this position: $20.00 - $40.00/hr (Exact compensation may vary based on several factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, and education)

• Paid Maternity Leave
• PTO after 90 days of employment
• Vacation up to three weeks depending upon years of service
