As a Gerald Auto Group receptionist/cashier, you will be the voice and face of our dealership so we need someone with a winning attitude and a professional appearance. To be a success in this position you will need to be reliable, professional, client focused, and have great attention to detail.

Essential Functions

  1. Understand and follow receptionist processes and procedures.
  2. Perform clerical duties such as data entry and typing, proofreading, filing, photocopying, and sorting.
  3. Welcome clients and visitors and direct to lounge and refer clients to appropriate team member.
  4. Assists with contacting customers for service follow up calls, reminder service calls, and preparation of daily service packets.
  5. Diffuse client concerns and direct them to the appropriate team member for assistance.
  6. Cashiering customer payments.
  7. Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Hours

Must be available Monday - Friday, 4 pm to 9 pm and available Saturdays between 7 am to 6 pm for half day Saturday shifts.  Must be available to work open holidays.

Education and/or Experience

Related experience is a plus.
High school diploma or GED.

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is active and requires standing, sitting, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
