Entry Level Accounting Clerk/Prebiller

The Gerald Auto Group Accounting Team has an immediate opening for a Full Time Accounting Clerk/Prebiller in North Aurora. This position will assist with the processing of car deals for multiple dealerships. The role has potential for long term advancement.  

Job Responsibilities

• Review and organize paperwork in car deals
• Document and follow up on missing documents 
• Package contracts for lenders according to bank requirements
• Work closely with finance department to ensure timely funding
• Research and follow up on contract processing delays
• Filing deals
• Scanning miscellaneous paperwork
• Other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience

The ideal candidate must have good communication and organizational skills, a professional demeanor, a sense of urgency, and a high energy positive attitude.  Dealership experience is a plus, but not required...we are excited to train the right person!

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience.
