The expectation of our Call Center Representative is to quickly and efficiently address the needs of all overflow callers for 10 service departments.  You must possess a winning attitude, speak professionally, be reliable, client focused, and have a strong ability to muti-task with great attention to detail. 

Job Requirements:

  • Manage high call volume with professionalism
  • Outgoing personality with a strong customer service focus
  • Listen to customers and be able to clearly translate repair needs
  • Long lasting attention to detail
  • Computer proficiency
  • Flexibility to adjust duties as needed
