We are currently seeking dynamic, outgoing, and customer-focused Sales Consultants to provide an exceptional buying experience for our customers and help them find the best vehicle options.Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect for new clients and establish long-term customer relationships.
• Engage with customers to determine their vehicle needs through active listening and asking insightful questions.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations, including test drives, to highlight the features and benefits of our vehicles.
• Guide customers through every aspect of the sales process, from selection to delivery.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high service standards and meeting sales performance targets.
• Stay informed on industry trends and continuously expand product knowledge to better serve our customers.
• Collaborate with management and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
• Build rapport with customers and earn their trust through empathy, strong negotiation skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications:

• Desire to exceed customer expectations and provide top-tier service.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional personal appearance and a positive attitude.
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
• Previous sales experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right candidates

We Offer:

• Pay range for this position: $50,000 - $200,000.
• Exact compensation may vary based on several factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, and education.
• Available Benefits include medical insurance with HSA options that include employer contribution to your HSA.  Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Life Insurance.
• Paid Maternity Leave
• PTO after 90 days of employment
• Vacation up to three weeks depending upon years of service

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prospect for new clients
• Determine each customer’s vehicle needs by asking questions and listening
• Demonstrate vehicles (including test drives)
• Complete all aspects of the sales process including delivery of the vehicles
• Accountable for departmental performance standards
• Maintain a high level of customer service and keep abreast of automobile industry news
• Work closely with management
