Benefits & Compensation:

• Pay range for this position: $50,000 - $130,000 (Exact compensation may vary based on several factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, and education)
• Available Benefits include medical insurance with HSA options that include employer contribution to your HSA.  Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Life Insurance.
• Paid Maternity Leave
• PTO after 90 days of employment
• Vacation up to three weeks depending upon years of service

Responsibilities

• Sales Process: Understand, implement, and manage every aspect of the sales process from prospecting to vehicle delivery.
• Inventory & Presentation: Present and demonstrate our extensive inventory while maintaining daily inventory reports.
• Growth & Strategy: Develop strategies to increase market share and collaborate with sales leadership on monthly plans.
• Performance Standards: Uphold dealership standards for Customer Service Index (CSI), Gross Average, and monthly unit targets.
• Tech & Trends: Stay up-to-date on products, market trends, certification requirements, and utilize CRM software effectively.
