The Gerald Auto Group Marketing Team has an immediate opening for a Full Time Event Coordinator. This position caters to the entire Gerald Auto Group with an office based at Nissan of Naperville.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in organizing and executing events and sponsorships with partnering organizations in Naperville, North Aurora, Matteson and surrounding communities
Maintain all event spreadsheets prior to and post events
Communicate event responsibilities to different Gerald locations and be point of contact for questions/clarifications
Collaborate with Marketing Team to assure maximum exposure at aforementioned events
Other duties as assigned
Reports to Marketing Manager
Education and/or Experience:
The ideal candidate for this position will have an outgoing personality, a flexible schedule and be prepared to work in a fast paced environment.. As an Event Coordinator you will be representing Gerald's high standards of excellence while interacting with the local community during events. In this entry level marketing position you will not only have the opportunity to learn marketing at the dealership level but will collaborate with the team to maximize the impact we have made in our local area. It is important that you are comfortable working as a part of a team as well as independently.
