Position: Centralized Scheduling Agent
We are seeking driven, professional individuals to join our team as Centralized Scheduling Agents within a fast-paced automotive group. This role is critical to our service operations and serves as the first point of contact for our customers.
As a Centralized Scheduling Agent, you will manage inbound and outbound communications, coordinate service appointments, and deliver a high-quality customer experience that reflects our organization's standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Professionally handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
Schedule and confirm service appointments with accuracy and efficiency
Follow up with customers to ensure appointment retention and satisfaction
Communicate clearly and effectively with service departments across multiple locations
Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in internal systems
Consistently meet and exceed daily performance metrics and goals
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication skills with a confident, professional phone presence
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Previous customer service, call center, or automotive experience preferred
Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday–Saturday availability required.
Office hours: Monday–Friday 7:00 AM – 6:30 PM, Saturday 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
Opportunities for overtime are available.

Must pass a background check and drug screening.
A professional demeanor and reliable attendance are required.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Schedule:
Full-time, 5 days a week are required - 40 hours per week, Monday–Saturday availability.
Office hours: Monday–Friday 7:00 AM – 6:30 PM, Saturday 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM.

Benefits:
Pay range for this position: $17.00-$19.00 (potential monthly bonus opportunity of $100-$1500 based on individual productivity)
