Genesis of North Aurora is hiring a full-time Porter to join our team immediately. This role is essential to our dealership’s daily operations and is a great opportunity to start a long-term career in the automotive industry. Our company has 15 locations, and many of our current managers and high-level employees began their careers as porters. We strongly believe in promoting from within.
Clean, wash, and prepare new vehicles for customer delivery
Ensure all pre-owned vehicles are tagged, staged, and fully prepared for retail
Park and organize vehicles neatly and in proper order
Pick up and drop off customers for service appointments, including valet service
Maintain a clean and organized lot, showroom, and workspace
Keep showroom vehicles clean and presentation-ready each day
Assist dealership staff with vehicle movement and general lot duties
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
Ability to work outdoors and move vehicles safely
Dependable, professional, and organized
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Able to start as soon as possible
Pay range for this position: $16.00-$20.00/hr. (Exact compensation may vary based on several factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience and education)
