Experienced Automotive Technician

Our family-owned auto dealer group is seeking an experienced automotive technician to join our team! The perfect candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, diagnostic tests, and repairs on our customers' vehicles. The ideal candidate must have a strong work ethic, be dependable, and possess excellent customer service and time management skills.  Hyundai - Ford - Nissan - Kia - Subaru - Genesis - Toyota - Honda

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake repairs
• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles
• Use diagnostic equipment and computer software to troubleshoot problems
• Communicate with service advisor or manager about vehicle's needs, and provide recommendations for necessary repairs
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and accurately
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive technology and repair techniques

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience as an automotive technician preferred
• ASE certification 
• Excellent diagnostic skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
