As part of the Gerald Auto Group, we are seeking motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associates to join our dynamic team. **Job Title: Sales Associate**
**Location: North Aurora, Illinois**
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, guiding them through the sales process from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery.
- Provide an exceptional luxury experience to our esteemed clientele, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Stay updated on the features and benefits of the Genesis lineup, ensuring product knowledge is top-notch.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers to foster brand loyalty and encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and dealership sales targets.
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in luxury sales or experience working with high-end clientele is a strong plus.
- A positive and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Passion for automobiles and the desire to stay informed about the latest automotive trends and technologies.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
