Experienced Warranty Administrator

Automotive Warranty Administrator - Kia or Hyundai experience preferred

Gerald Kia of Naperville is seeking a full time experienced Warranty Administrator

Job Description

• Ability to learn and understand the manufacturers warranty policies and procedures
• Review warranty repair orders for accuracy and required documentation
• Monitors for abuse and fraud including excessive diagnosis and straight time
• Reviews all returned and rejected warranty claims, correct all errors, and resubmit claims
• Maintains an accurate record of all claims submitted, returned, rejected, or paid
• Perform account journal entry credit and debit adjustments as needed for claims
• Provides weekly reports to the Service Director and General Manager regarding claim status

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years previous warranty claim submission experience
• Candidates should have strong organization and math skills
• Capable of efficient time management
• Possess a high degree of integrity and professionalism
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills
• DealerTrack experience preferred
• KIA or Hyundai experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to work 40 hours Mon-Fri in an office setting
