Accounting Clerk - Dealership

The Gerald Auto Group has an immediate opening for Full-Time Accounting Clerk in Mokena.  This position handles a large volume of transactions from the Kia and Nissan Matteson locations.  This position will be in Mokena at the parts warehouse.

Job Responsibilities

• Process daily cash, check, and credit card deposits. 
• Send monthly statements and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Receipt and reconcile customer accounts.
• Maintain supplies orders
• Other duties as assigned.
• Reports to Office Manager.

Qualifications

• Excellent organization and attention to details.
• Effective time management and communication skills.
• Dealership or accounts receivable experience preferred. 
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
