Role Overview:
As the Used Car Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our used car inventory, ensuring our customers have access to a diverse range of top-quality vehicles. You will lead and inspire a team of sales professionals, driving sales performance and customer satisfaction. Your extensive knowledge of used cars will be crucial in evaluating trade-ins, pricing vehicles, and ensuring our inventory meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the used car sales department.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Evaluate trade-ins and appraise used vehicles accurately.
- Maintain and manage the used car inventory, ensuring a diverse and high-quality selection.
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to perform at their best.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues promptly.
- Analyze market trends and adjust pricing strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote used car sales.
- Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Used Car Sales Manager or similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of used car market trends, pricing, and inventory management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using dealership management software and tools.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics.
