As our auto group continues to grow, we’re looking for a highly motivated, results-focused Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle all new business and finance contracts
• Verify and check paperwork for cash, finance, and loan transactions
• Contract or collect all money at closing
• Seek bank approval for all financed and leased deals
• Assist in acquiring approval from lenders
• Stay informed about current programs and rate options offered by our lenders
• Verify insurance and complete paperwork
• Solicit extended warranty sales and after-market products
• Handle cancellations for extended warranties and credit life cancellations

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of financial products and services
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to uphold strict legal and ethical standards while conducting business

What We Offer:

• Pay range for this position: $75,000 - $250,000.
• Exact compensation may vary based on several factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, and education.
• Available Benefits include medical insurance with HSA options that include employer contribution to your HSA.  Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Life Insurance.
• Paid Maternity Leave
• PTO after 90 days of employment
• Vacation up to three weeks depending upon years of service
