Warranty Processor 

Do you like problem solving?  Are you organized?  Do you like the feeling when you get all of the puzzle pieces to fit together?  We’re searching for a Warranty Processor who is motivated to excel and serious about a true career in the automotive industry!  The Gerald Auto Group has an opening in the Matteson Auto Mall for our newly remodeled Kia location.

Job Responsibilities

• Submit claims and ensure proper payment is received
• Post warranty payments and make accounting adjustments as required
• Rental fleet management
• Extended service contract and maintenance claim submission
• Complete assigned tasks in accordance with Warranty Policies and Procedures
• Ensure proper compliance measures are followed
• Other Warranty Department duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience

Dealership office or service experience preferred.  Training will be provided to ensure success.  Must have advanced communication and organizational skills.

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience.  

Benefits

• Pay range for this position: $42,000 - $50,000
• Exact compensation may vary based on several factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, and education

• Paid Maternity Leave
• PTO after 90 days of employment
• Vacation up to three weeks depending upon years of service
