Gerald Hyundai, one of the top-selling Hyundai dealerships in the Midwest, is looking to add motivated and driven individuals to our team as Sales Appointment Specialists.

This role focuses on handling incoming internet inquiries and converting them into confirmed showroom appointments. If you are fast, organized, and enjoy working with customers, this is a great opportunity to grow within a high-volume dealership.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to all internet inquiries within 5 minutes or less

• Contact customers via phone, text, and email

• Schedule and confirm showroom appointments

• Build value in Gerald Hyundai’s Lifetime Warranty (unlimited time and miles)

• Communicate our large inventory selection to customers

• Follow up consistently to ensure appointments show

• Work closely with the sales team to support customer visits

• Track all communication and activity in the CRM

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills (phone, text, and email)

• High level of urgency and accountability

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

• Previous automotive or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation:

• Hourly base pay + performance bonuses

• Bonus paid on:

  • Appointments set

  • Appointments shown

  • Vehicles sold from your appointments

• Unlimited earning potential based on performance

Benefits:

• Pay range for this position: $45,000 - $80,000 per year
• Exact compensation may vary based on several factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, and education.
• Available Benefits include medical insurance with HSA options that include employer contribution to your HSA.  Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Life Insurance.

• PTO after 90 days of employment
