Customer Service Representative – Full-time
As a Gerald Collision Center CSR, you will be the voice and face of our collision center, so we need someone with a winning attitude and a professional appearance. To be a success in this position you will need to be reliable, professional, be client focused, and have great attention to detail.
Essential Functions
Welcome clients and visitors and direct to appropriate personal for estimates and vehicle pick up.
Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and scanning documents.
Assist in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of supplies.
Diffuse client concerns and direct them to the appropriate team member for assistance
Other duties as assigned
