Gerald Kia of Naperville is hiring a full time lot manager, you must have prior dealership experience to be considered!

 

Duties & Responsibilities Include:

  1. Organize vehicles in parking lot, making sure customer and dealer vehicles are parked in their designated areas.
  2. Move and clean vehicles as needed, this includes filling the gas tank, vacuuming the interior, washing the exterior, and hand drying.
  3. Check in and inspect new vehicle deliveries, report any damages or defects to management immediately.
  4. Ensure all vehicles have proper Gerald plate frames, Gerald stickers, addendums, buyers guides, and stock tags.
  5. Assist with new car deliveries when needed.
  6. Maintain professional appearance.
  7. Report to work on time.
  8. Obey posted speed limits when operating vehicles offsite.
  9. Operate company vehicles at a safe and reasonable speed.
  10. This is not a management or supervisor position.*

Requirements:

Must have a valid Illinois driver's license with no tickets or accidents in 2 years

Ability to pass background check

Ability to pass a drug test

Ability to follow basic verbal or written instructions and directions

Reliable transportation allowing you to get to work without relying on someone for a ride

Full Time Benefits:

  • Pay range for this position: $18.00 - $20.00 (Exact compensation may vary based on several factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior experience, and education)
