Do you like problem solving?  Are you organized?  Do you like the feeling when you get all of the puzzle pieces to fit together?  We’re searching for a Warranty Administrator who is motivated to excel and serious about a true career in the automotive industry!  The Gerald Auto Group has an immediate opening in the North Aurora Auto Mall and is looking to further build the Warranty Department team.  

Job Responsibilities

• Submit claims and ensure proper payment is received
• Post warranty payments and make accounting adjustments as required
• Facilitate communications and share information with Service Managers and Warranty Manager
• Complete assigned tasks in accordance with Warranty Policies and Procedures
• Ensure proper compliance measures are followed
• Other Warranty Department duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience

Automotive warranty processing experience with Nissan is a substantial plus.  Must have advanced communication and organizational skills. Training will be provided to ensure success.

Compensation

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
