Job Responsibilities

Qualified candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in dealer management
Candidate needs to be experienced in motivating staff
Generating high volume/gross,
Have Excellent CSI
Passionate about customer retention.
Determine monthly and yearly forecasts in terms of unit sales, gross profit objectives, and departmental profits.
Work with each department to achieve specific goals and objectives.
Create a positive culture for the team and create a “team” atmosphere focusing on employee retention.
Work with the marketing department to create the best overall strategy that can help the dealership meets it goals.
Play an active role in the community
