Accounts Payable Clerk

Gerald Auto Group has an immediate opening for a Full-Time Accounts Payable Clerk.  This is a high-volume position that will be processing Accounts Payable for multiple dealerships in our newly remodeled North Aurora Accounting Office.

Job Responsibilities

• Post A/P Invoices and Purchase Orders, ensuring proper approvals and consistency with established guidelines.
• Reconcile vendor statements and issue monthly batch payments.
• Research and resolve any discrepancies.
• Post all manufacturer invoices and reconcile factory statements monthly.
• Post all gas tickets and reconcile monthly.
• Other tasks and assignments as directed.

Accounts Payable Clerk Requirements

• Accounts payable experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Dealership experience preferred
• Professional demeanor and communication skills
• Sense of urgency and accuracy in a high volume setting
• Works well independently and with a team

Benefits Available

• Pay range for this position: $ 18.00 - $21.00
• Exact compensation may vary based on several factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, and education.
