License and Title Clerk

The Gerald Auto Group has an immediate opening for License and Title Clerk in our newly remodeled North Aurora Accounting Office. Put your dealership experience to work with our winning team!

Job Responsibilities

• Process license, title, and tax paperwork for vehicle deals.
• Post CVR bundles and reconcile schedule discrepancies.
• Work with sales department to resolve transaction issues.
• Check in titles and follow up on missing trade title information.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Reports to Sales Office Manager.

Qualifications

• Excellent organization and attention to details.
• Effective time management and communication skills.
• Dealership experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience.

• Pay range for this position: $18-$22/hr
• Exact compensation may vary based on several factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, and education
