Corporate Technician Trainer / Recruiter
Gerald Auto Group needs a Technician Trainer & Recruiter. This position will focus on recruiting & training entry level Express Service Technicians for all of our 10 dealerships. Ideal applicants will either have direct experience teaching or training students in a technical environment or have experience working in a dealership setting as a flat rate technician & possess the necessary skills to train & motivate. Our goal is to identify those individuals to promote and become main shop technicians in any of our 10 locations and guide them on a career path to become a Factory Trained Master Technician.
