Body Shop Customer Service Representative – Automotive

We are looking for individuals who have a passion for people in a work environment dedicated to our customers and the success of our team members.  This position requires versatility in handling customers and the details associated with ensuring a positive experience throughout the repair process.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet body shop customers promptly and courteously—attitude is everything!
• Listen to customers and clearly translate repair needs.
• Answer phone & schedule repair estimates and appointments.
• Creating files & organizing documents.
• Overseeing Body Shop accounts receivable schedule
• Notify customers when vehicles are ready for pick up
