At Gerald Hyundai, we’re looking for a friendly, organized, customer-focused Service Advisor who enjoys helping people and keeping a busy service department running smoothly. We will fully train the right candidate — attitude and professionalism matter more than prior experience.
Greet service customers promptly with a positive, professional attitude
Listen to customers’ concerns and communicate repair needs clearly to technicians
Present recommended services using a transparent, customer-first approach
Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance
Keep customers updated on vehicle status throughout the day
Inspect completed work and ensure every vehicle is returned in top condition
Review repairs and costs with customers at pickup
Assist in resolving minor customer concerns
Maintain strong CSI scores
Optional: Sell and manage extended warranty products
Strong communicator with a great attitude
Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
Customer-service mindset
Automotive service experience is a plus, but not required — we will train the right person
Salary Range: $52,000 – $100,000+ annually
(Compensation based on experience, performance, and skill level)
