What You’ll Do:
Engage with customers who have already expressed interest in a Subaru—no cold calling.
Respond to internet leads, emails, and inquiries with a helpful, consultative approach.
Make outbound follow-up calls to potential customers and set appointment times for showroom visits.
Educate and guide customers through Subaru’s vehicle lineup, helping them find the perfect fit.
Work with the sales and finance teams to ensure a seamless, stress-free transaction for every customer.
Stay up to date on Subaru’s latest products, technology, and financing programs.

Compensation & Benefits:
Pay range for this position: $26,000 - $28,000 (plus commission)
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, and education

PTO after 90 days of employment
